I am a licensed architect practicing in Massachusetts. I received my Masters of Architecture degree from Northeastern University in 2006. Following graduation I worked as an associate at Scott Payette Architects, working on projects including BNN TV Studio located in Roxbury, MA.

I was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh, so in 2008 I decided to return to Bangladesh to teach architecture at BRAC University. This also gave me opportunities to do projects in rural Bangladesh. After the devastating 2010 Earthquake in Haiti, I went to work on a rebuilding project in Haiti to work as a Project Architect/Manager.

Working in the international context in a diverse context has taught me how to look at design problems with practical and cultural sensitivity. My approach is to engage the community and client to reach participatory result. The final product should be claimed by all stakeholders as their own aesthetic solution.
